This bread is the perfect base for garlic bread, paninis, toasted tomato sandwiches...
Crisp outside, wondefully airy inside. My all time favourite bread to make and eat. A batch get's made every Friday in my house!

Mint Chocolate Cream Cheese Squares

 

These are mint chocolate cream cheese squares. Perfect for a summer party or just a sweet treat. 

Sweetheart

These cupcakes were made to celebrate Valentines Day.

Size: 12 regular sized cupcakes.

Taste: The flavour was a vanilla cake.
Filling: The surprise filling was a pink heart hidden in the middle of the cupcake!
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade cream cheese icing and topped with some pink chocolate decorations. 

Tortillas

These flour totillas were made to compliment a hot meal. Great flavour, works well as a bread to dip with.

Bananas

These 'cupcakes' were made as a lunch snack

Taste: The flavour was banana chocolate chip muffins

Icing and decorations: These muffins were iced with a homemade banana- chocolate frosting. 

Beep Beep

This cake was made to celebrate a Happy Birthday.

Size: This cake was made out of two 9x14 cake pans.

Taste: The flavour was a dark chocolate cake.

Filling: This cake was filled with swiss meringue icing and cherry pie filling.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade swiss meringue icing. All decorations were made out of swiss meringue as well.  

French Bread

This is two loafs of homemade french bread.
Makes a great compliment to a family meal!

Ice Cream Party

This cake was made to celebrate a Happy Birthday.

Size: This cake was made in a 9 inch spring form pan.

Taste: Ice Cream! I used a chocolate and a butter scotch ice cream for the two layers.
Filling: This cake has a center of rice krispies mixed with a chocolate spread.
Icing and decorations: This cake is decorated with kit-kat bars.  

It's Christmas Time

These cookies were made to bring to a Christmas Party.

Size: 50 2 inch cookies.

Taste: The flavour was a vanilla sugar cookie.
Filling: No filling in these.
Icing and decorations: The cookie dough was deivded into two and coloured green and red, rolled together to creat a whysical design. 

Spooky Fingers

These Finger cookies were made to celebrate Halloween.

Size: These were 75 finger sized Cookies.

Taste: The flavour was almond sugar cookie.
Filling: No filling in these ones.
Icing and decorations: These fingers were decorated with red gel decorating icing, a toasted almond and brushed with unsweeted cocoa powder. 

Dexter Cupcakes

These cupcakes were made to celebrate Halloween.

Size: 12 regular sized cupcakes.

Taste: The flavour was a red velvet cake.
Filling: No filling in these cupcakes.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade cream cheese frosting. I also made 'Glass' out of sugar and the 'Blood' out of sugar, water and food colouring. 

Rainbow Surprise

 

These cupcakes were made to celebrate a Home Party.

Size: 12 regular sized cupcakes.

Taste: The flavour was a vanilla cake
Filling: No filling in these ones, but the cake batter was coloured in rainbow colours to creat a wonderufl suprise inside!
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade butter cream icing, the flowers on top are made out of royal icing. They are hard but edible and melt in your mouth! 

Group Birthday

This cake was made to celebrate many Happy Birthdays.

Size: This cake was made out of two 9x13 pans placed side by side.

Taste: The flavour was half chocolate and half vanilla.
Filling: This cake was filled with white buttercream icing and chocolate pudding.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade butter cream icing, all writing and flowers are also made out of butter cream icing.  

Fun Cake Pops

 

These Cake Pops were made to bring on a weekend away.

Size: These Cake Pops are about an inch in diameter.
Taste: The flavour was chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream icing mixed in.
Filling: N/A
Icing and decorations: These Cake Pops were dipped in coloured chocolate and some were then rolled in coloured spinkles. 

Fancy Zebra Cake

 

 

 

This cake was made to celebrate a Happy Birthday.

Size: This cake was made out of two 9 inch round pans and two 6 inch round pans, all stacked ontop of eachother.

Taste: The flavour was a butterscotch cake.
Filling: This cake was filled with white buttercream icing and butterscotch pudding.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade butter cream icing, as well as some black fondant. The numbers at the top are made out of gumpaste which is edible but too hard to actually eat. 

 

Fathers Day Cake

Size: This cake was made out of two 9 inch round pans, stacked ontop of each other.
Taste: The flavour was chocolate cake.
Filling: This cake was filled with chocolate butter cream icing and chocolate pudding.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade chocolate butter cream icing. The flowers are made out of royal icing and are hard, but still edible.

Tractor Birthday

This cake was made to celebrate a Happy Birthday. (Of my Grandfather, he owns an excavating company)

Taste: The flavour was a chocolate cake.
Filling: This cake did not have a filling in it.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade butter cream icing, all decorations are piped on with butter cream icing as well.

UFC Birthday

This cake was made to celebrate a Happy Birthday.

Size: This cake was made out of two 9 x 13, but the second one was cut and shaped to make the shape of the octagon.
Taste: The flavour was marble vanilla and chocolate cake.
Filling: This cake was filled with white buttercream icing.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade butter cream icing, all decorations are piped on with butter cream icing as well.

Chief Renovations

This cake was made to celebrate the ending of house renovations.

Size: It is a larger cake, two 9 x 13 sized cakes placed side by side.
Taste: The flavour is half vanilla cake and half chocolate.
Filling: This cake was filled with store bought, rainbow chip icing.
Icing and decorations: This cake was iced with homemade butter cream icing, all decorations are piped on with butter cream icing as well.
